Commercial HVAC that shows up.
Six technicians, two crews and a dispatcher who answers the phone. We keep medical parks, warehouses, print floors and multi-tenant buildings running across Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus and Gaston counties.

This is Imperial's real operations console — jobs, crews, leads, invoices. Open it, then call the line. The AI receptionist takes your details and the board updates in front of you, in seconds.

What we do
Commercial and light industrial only.
We are a trade contractor. We do not sell equipment retail, we do not do residential, and we will tell you when a job is outside what we do well.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled PM on a contract, so filters, belts, coils and refrigerant charge get handled before they become a callout.
Emergency repair
24/7 dispatch. Four-hour response for Platinum accounts, and we hit it 99.2% of the time last year.
Installation & replacement
Rooftop units, split systems, VRF and chillers — sized properly, installed once, commissioned before we leave.
Controls & BAS
Thermostats, VAV boxes, VFDs and building automation. Most comfort complaints are a controls problem, not an equipment problem.
Indoor air quality
Filtration, ventilation and humidity control for spaces where air quality is a compliance issue, not a preference.
Commercial refrigeration
Walk-ins, reach-ins and process cooling, where an hour of downtime is measured in spoiled product.
Why buildings switch to us
The problem is almost never the equipment.
Most of the buildings we take over were not failing because a unit was old. They were failing because nobody was tracking which units were due, which callouts kept repeating, and which tenant complaint had already been reported three times.
Every job we run is logged against the building, not a paper ticket. When you call and ask why suite 210 keeps overflowing, we can tell you — and tell you what we are going to do about it permanently.
Something down right now?
Call dispatch directly. Platinum and Gold accounts route straight to an on-call technician; everyone else gets a callback with an ETA, not a voicemail box.
