About
Small on purpose.
Six field technicians, two crews and one dispatcher. Big enough to cover a portfolio, small enough that the person who answers knows your building.
How we work
Imperial has been servicing commercial buildings in the Charlotte metro since 2009. Most of our accounts have been with us more than five years, which is the only metric in this trade we think is worth anything.
We run two crews for project and planned work and keep a service technician free for the day's emergencies, so an urgent callout does not blow up four scheduled appointments. Our dispatcher, not an answering service, owns the schedule.
What we will tell you honestly
When a unit is worth repairing, we repair it. When it is at end of life and you are throwing money at it, we will show you the amp trend and say so. And when a problem is outside our scope — structural, electrical service, engineering sign-off — we will not pretend otherwise to keep the invoice.
